Gallium Nitride

Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology has been improved substantially in the last decades, making it a reliable solution for very high power and robust, low-noise application, even up to mmWave frequencies. Its wide band gap, high dielectric strength, high operating temperature, high current density, high-speed switching, and low on-resistance provide great advantages, in particular for new wireless applications requiring very high power in a small form factor, up to frequency bands such as Ka, Q and V.
