HXR14450

The HXR14450 is a quad channel array of low-power Trans-impedance Linear Amplifiers with built-in clock and data recovery units. It is a member of the family of Optical Receiver Transmitter Array (ORTA) products for the PAM4 modulation format, targeted at the parallel optical links market. Together with a PIN detector array or discrete detectors, high-capacity, high-availability optical links can be designed for  next-generation Ethernet and datacom applications.

The HXR14450 integrates the linear transimpedance pre-amplifier, the linear post-amplifier, clock, and data recovery units, and a versatile CML output stage for four optical channels.
