The EXU8611 is a fully integrated super-heterodyne upconverter chip designed in SiGe process technology. The chip enables the signal conversion from baseband to 81-86 GHz. EXU8611 has an integrated I/Q modulator, an integrated power detector, IF monitor output, and a digital serial peripheral interface (SPI). The required inputs are LO and baseband signal.
EXU8611 is designed to pair with an external PA EXP8604 to meet the technical specifications of ETSI document ETSI EN 302 217-2-2.
