The EXU8610 is a fully integrated super-heterodyne transmitter chip designed in SiGe process technology. The chip enables the signal conversion from baseband to 81-86 GHz. EXU8610 has an integrated I/Q modulator with  > 55dB analog-controlled gain and 20dB image rejection. The EXU8610 also has an integrated power detector, IF monitor output, and three-wire serial peripheral interface (SPI). The required inputs are LO and baseband signal. Baseband inputs, RF output, and IF outputs are DC coupled. LO ports are AC coupled.
